Deposit & Cancellation Policies
Deposit Policy: To confirm a Simba Run reservation, a deposit of 25% of the lodging total is due at time of booking. Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. Payment may be made with a credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover).
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to schedule arrival forfeit $100 per unit cancelled. Cancellations made 31-60 days prior to scheduled arrival date forfeit the initial deposit of 25% of the reservation total. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date forfeit all monies received. Reservations upon which payments are not received on time are subject to immediate cancellation without refund of any monies received. Revisions to unit types, dates of stay, late check-in and early check-out are non-refundable when made 30 days or less prior to scheduled arrival.
Holiday Deposit Policy: (reservations booked between December 21 -January 9)
A deposit of 50% of the lodging total is due at time of booking. Full and final payment is due by October 15 or reservation will be automatically cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Holiday Cancellation Policy: (reservations booked between December 21 -January 9)
Cancellations received prior to September 1, will forfeit $100 per unit cancelled. Cancellations received on or after September 1 will forfeit monies received to date.
Terms & Conditions
Rates and Occupancy: Rates are based on occupancy of 4 people for a two bedroom. Additional people beyond 4 will be charged at $20 per night per extra person up to a maximum of 6 people. Sales tax of 9.8% and resort fees of $16.00 per night are not included in the quoted rates. Rates and tax are subject to change without notice.
Check-in/check-out: Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am. A credit card imprint is required upon check-in for Security/damage deposit and incidental charges.
Housekeeping Services: Every-other-day Trash & Towel Service. Additional services available for a fee. To schedule additional housekeeping service, please inquire at the front desk.
Rollaways, Highchairs & Cribs: A limited number of rollaway bed, highchairs and cribs are available upon request for $25 per day. Advance reservations are recommended.
Garage Parking: Parking in our garage is available for $15/night/vehicle All vehicles must be registered through the front desk. Due to limited parking space, a maximum of two vehicles per unit are allowed. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate trailers, boats or campers.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on Simba Run property. Service Pets must be announced directly to hotel at 1-800-746-2278 at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Certified paperwork must be presented at check-in.
Smoking: Simba Run is a non smoking facility
