The 22nd annual Taste of Vail is back from April 5 – 7 and better than ever. If you’ve never experienced the Taste of Vail, you owe it to yourself — and your taste buds — to attend this year. Over 30 of Vail’s finest chefs and restaurateurs and vintners from 50 of the top wineries will be in Vail to educate, create and share with you the best food and wine. Food and wine lovers will have the opportunity to attend seminars and tastings led by the chefs and winemakers, enjoy a gourmet picnic at 10,000 feet and finally, attend the grand tasting and auction.

The feast begins on Thursday, April 5 at 3:30 at the 8th Annual Lamb Cook-Off and Apres Ski Wine Tasting in Vail Village. Here you’ll be introduced to many of the event’s chefs and winery representatives, each bringing their own spin to what else, lamb!

Friday’s main event is the popular Mountaintop Picnic at the top of the Eagle Bahn gondola. Always a festival favorite, the outdoor event is a fun-filled culinary dream. The best wines, sprits and beers are the perfect complement to chef’s gourmet picnic fare. This is a one-of-a-kind event not to be missed!

The grand finale of the Taste of Vail is the Grand Tasting and Auction. A night of extravagance in every sense of the word.
